Standard Delivery

Smaller items such as inset gas fires and electric fires will be delivered by a courier. You will be contacted beforehand and a convenient delivery date agreed. Pallet Deliveries

Large items will be delivered by an established, professional freight forwarder and will arrive palletised. You will receive a phone call prior to delivery to book in a convenient delivery date. This is an all day ground floor doorstep/kerbside delivery. Drivers are not insured to enter your property and as most palletised deliveries will need two people you will need to make arrangements to have someone there to help you. All items must be checked for damage in front of the driver before being signed for. Scotland, Ireland & International

Wherever possible we aim to provide a free delivery service to Scotland and Ireland, however deliveries to certain areas may incur an extra charge.
